Blue Kite Children Care is an ambitious and growing provider of residential childcare services in the North West. With an emphasis on co-production and good teamwork, we engage with and support our young people using the PACE therapeutic model, offering a safe and stable home experience. Our aim is to nurture an environment from which they can build the foundation for ongoing personal development and growth.
Blue Kite Children Care trains all of their staff to use the Therapeutic Parenting with PACE model within the organisation.
This approach is an Attachment, Trauma and Dyadic Developmental Practice that provides staff with a framework for therapeutic intervention, to help children and young people heal from trauma and disrupted attachments.
